TNT Properties is a full service property management company. We have actively managed single & multi-family residential properties and small commercial properties in and around the Charlotte area since 1986. We handle all aspects of property management including vacancy marketing, tenant screening, income/expense accounting & disbursement, property maintenance and the sale/liquidation of investment property.

Our vacancy marketing includes contacting our current tenant lead base, signage, local publications, internet marketing and Carolina Multiple Listing Service (CMLS). We proactively promote our available properties to area tenant placement service companies.

Our tenant screening include background checks, review of credit bureau reports, rental history review, employment & income verification.

All income and expenses are fully accounted/documented each month. Net proceeds checks and itemized accounting statements are mailed to owners at the end of each accounting month.

TNT Properties provides all aspects of property maintenance through in-house and sub-contracted maintenance technicians. We can also offer “customized” property maintenance for those owners who elect to actively participate in the maintenance of their property.

In addition to offering property management, TNT Properties is a licensed, full-service real estate brokerage company. We are a member of the Charlotte Regional Realtor Association and a member of the Carolina Multiple Listing Service. We can also assist the owner with the sale or “tax deferred” exchange of an investment property.
